Day of Coordinating- Call for details

Develop a wedding day schedule and distribute to all service providers
Contact all wedding vendors to confirm commitments and services already contracted
Attend and direct the rehearsal
Arrive at ceremony early to assist with program distrubtion, assist ushers with seating guests and ceremony processional
Arrive at reception site prior to guests to check on details and decor
Oversee reception formalities: bridal party entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss
Distribute final payments on behalf of the bride/groom
Keep the day flowing and everyone running on time
